Personal Workflows I’ve Found Useful

These are simple workflows I have personally used and found genuinely useful.

  • pull all my raw transaction data from my

  • Turn rough notes, transcripts, or brain dumps into a clean summary with action items

  • Rewrite emails, proposals, or docs to be clearer, shorter, and more direct

  • Research a company or person before a meeting and pull out the few things that matter most

  • Compare several sources or options and produce a short recommendation with tradeoffs

  • Turn a messy task into a step-by-step checklist or SOP

  • Draft a first version of a training outline, workshop plan, or presentation structure

  • Summarize long threads, documents, or meeting notes before deciding what to do next

  • Turn raw data, exports, or status updates into a client-friendly recap

  • Break a larger project into smaller next actions with clear sequencing

  • Generate a first pass on code, scripts, or internal tools for repeated tasks, then refine by hand

The common pattern is simple: use AI to reduce setup, cleanup, summarization, and formatting work so more time goes to judgment and decisions.
